June 16 – We leave Meyers Chuck at 6am heading towards Wrangell. Finally saw a few humpbacks a kilometer or so away. Complete with a “tail”. We also got surrounded by a pack of Pacific White sided dolphins who escorted us for about 15 minutes. I did get a video of a few of them off the nose of SeaScape. Not sure how to add to this website/blog. Will work on it. We also sailed for about 2.5 hours ( out a total of 10.5 hours on mostly easy seas). We ended up going a bit past Wrangell into a small cove on the east side of Sokolof Island. Dogable with lots of crab pots. I added one more. Might have been better to have gone to a cove on the west side of Sokolof because the swells coming in here were making for some uncomfortable rocking and rolling.
